Oh boy, another dish that I learned how to make at school (finally some proof that I'm learning something!). It's one of my favourite things to make when I feel like making something a bit more special for lunch. It's quick and easy, so perfect for a quick lunch at home.
Ingredients (makes 2)

Two slices of bread// 2 slices of cheese// Cherry tomatoes// Onion// Grated cheese// Oregano// Red sauce

Start by pre-heating the oven to 220°C. Lay out the slices of bread and cover them with red sauce. Then add a slice of cheese, the tomatoes and onion.

Next, add the grated cheese and oregano. Then just put it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, depending on how well the cheese melts.

Then just take it outof the oven when the cheese is melted and that's it!
