One of my favourite things to bake with are apples. There are numerous apple recipes you can find to make delicious treats and most of them are simple, which I realy like. Perfect if you don't have a lot of time! So, today I wanted to share a very simple one with you, using only 3 ingredients.


2 Apples (I used Pink Lady's)// Cinnamon// Sugar

The first step is to preheat the oven to 110°C  and wash your apples. Then slice them into very thin slices as you can see in the picture above. I used a very sharp knife (you can also use a mandolin) and cut away at the sides, leaving out the core.

Next lay out a baking sheet on a baking tray and arrange the apples slices on them, making sure they don't overlap each other.

Now take your cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle a little bit of each over the apples slices. I didn't use exact measurements, so you can just put on as much as you'd like. 

Then place them in the oven and after 1 hour, turn them carefully. Bake them for another hour.

Then just let them cool down in the oven, to make them nice and crispy. And that's it!
