During the week when I have to go to school I get up at about 7 in the morning. I'm not really a morning person so it takes a while to wake up. When I get up I have my little routine that I do and I always like to have a cup of tea when I'm getting ready. It helps me wake up slowly and it also makes me less hungry for breakfast. My favourite tea is green tea and I like to add a little bit of lemon juice. It's delicious! We all know that green tea is also very good for your body so that's always a plus. :) But unfortunately that's not enough to wake me up, so I always need some caffeine..
